Under the SIE Fund funded Impact Capacity Building (ICB) program, Impact Data Consortium Chain (IDCC) works with Social Enterprise Business Centre (SEBC; one of our nine impact intermediary members) to build capacity in Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) for the impact community in Hong Kong, including the many social purpose organizations (SPOs) and social projects applying to SEBC’s Impact Incubator Program.
This IMM workshop series offered by IDCC consists of three sessions with the aim to build up the essential digital literacy and IMM knowledge for SPOs as well as equip them with the necessary tools (both online and offline) to implement IMM. At the end of workshops, SPOs will be onboarded to IDCC technology platform where they can adopt the existing or develop customized digital IMM tools, share data with others in the impact community, and communicate impact with their stakeholders effectively. The IDCC platform will also drive social innovation, impact investment, and development finance as it continues to undergo the agile development process.
