SOCIAL ISSUES
- Only 1 out of 10 students below the poverty line are admitted to universities
- Grassroots pupils often lack skills in core subject and also exposures to extra-curricular activities
SOCIAL INNOVATION
- Inviting outstanding students from different academic disciplines into the education sector
- Offering a one-year's "give and take" mentorship programme, so that they contribute the society by teaching at schools, at the same time they are mentored by business leaders to prepare for a career after Fellowship

PROGRAMME CONTENT
Summer training for Teach4HK fellows
Various trainings are provided to our fellows. They include teaching plan development, teaching skills, leadership, career development and social entrepreneurship and its development.
Teaching placement at grassroots schools
Teach4HK fellows teach as permitted teachers in diversified projects including Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA), life-and-career education and in-class teaching.
Alumni’s Network and Career Programmes
They include information about teachers’ career, vocational trainings, employer partnerships and an alumni’s network.
