SOCIAL ISSUES
- Elderly aged 60 or above face difficulties in finding jobs after retirement even with good health and ability to work
SOCIAL INNOVATION
- First stage, establishing elder delivery service so as to let elders increase their connections with the community, promoting flexible working hours
- Later on, an online platform will be established to help elderly in finding jobs based on their abilities and skills, so that they can pursue their second career
